Welcome to Bohemia Skin & Body. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, booking platform, and in-studio experiences. By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

SECTION 1 - SERVICES PROVIDED

Bohemia Skin & Body offers professional skincare, wellness, and massage services delivered by licensed and trained practitioners.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Safety or health concerns
Non-compliance with studio policies
Inappropriate or disruptive behavior

All services must be booked through our online platform, by phone, or by email.

SECTION 2 - APPOINTMENTS & STUDIO POLICIES

Arrival & Session Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but fees for the full appointment will still apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled 48 hours in advance avoid any fees.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost.

If you feel unwell or experience symptoms of illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT & FEES

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.

By booking a service, you authorize Bohemia Skin & Body to charge applicable fees, including:

Cancellation or no-show fees
Fees for add-on services or retail products purchased

Gift cards and service packages:

Are non-refundable
Cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law)
Must be presented at the time of service
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

SECTION 4 - HEALTH & SAFETY

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health and medical history that may affect treatments.

Bohemia Skin & Body reserves the right to:

Decline or modify a service for health or safety reasons
Terminate a session if unsafe conditions arise

SECTION 5 - CLIENT CONDUCT

Bohemia Skin & Body maintains a safe, professional environment. Any inappropriate, harassing, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session and possible permanent exclusion from our studio.

SECTION 6 - RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

Services are tailored to each individual. Results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for skin conditions, wellness goals, or other personal results.

Information provided during treatments or consultations is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

SECTION 7 - USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO SERVICES OR POLICIES

Bohemia Skin & Body may update these Terms, policies, or services at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bohemia Skin & Body and its staff are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or other outcomes resulting from treatments, product use, or failure to disclose relevant information.

You assume responsibility for personal property while on our premises.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law.
